I had a mixed experience at the resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it took too long for us to get moved to a new room due to a heavy cigarette smell. The location was perfect with great local options, but the chlorine smell was unbearable. The dining options were satisfactory with some late-night availability. Dining was a hit or miss with nice options until late hours, like Moroccan pancakes, but timing could be a challenge. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor setbacks.
The hotel has nice rooms with delicious food and quick service, making it feel like a sweet home with a good bathroom. However, some staff members were overheard being unprofessional and unfriendly, especially those at the bars, which affected the overall service experience negatively.
